how we started
Our story began in 2014 when our founder, inspired by the food and wine capital of Ireland, established Cork Distributors. Initiated as a single-deal venture in 2014, we started with a collaboration with Wine Decadence and secured an exclusive wholesale license for the Vegas Golden Knights within just a few years. This marked the start of our journey towards becoming a purveyor of world-renowned beverage offerings, and our ambitions quickly soared.
In the subsequent years, we broadened our horizons through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. 2017 was a milestone year when we joined forces with California-based Epic Wines & Spirits, beginning to wholesale our suppliers’ products. Another significant step forward came in 2021, when we partnered with Red Rock Wines, thus adding a variety of unique boutique wines to our selection. The dawn of 2023 saw us acquiring Pemberton Fine Wines and Spirits, further enriching our offerings in the spirits sector. During 2023, we made our 3rd acquisition of Encore Beverage, a highly esteemed distributor in Northern Nevada. With a combination of organic growth and acquisitions, Cork is now a premiere distributor in Nevada.
